VenomMusic is an independent, hobby-built music player. It is not a music label, a licensing body or a commercial streaming service, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

The app does not host, store or own any music. It is a client that locates and plays audio made available by third-party sources on the internet, much like a web browser does.

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial listening only. You agree not to use it to redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast or commercially exploit any content, and not to use it in any way that breaks the law where you live.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the content complies with the copyright law of your country.

There are no accounts. Your library, playlists and downloads live only on your device. If you clear your browser data, lose your device or uninstall the app, that data is gone permanently — we hold no backup and cannot recover it for you.

The service depends on third-party sources that can change or disappear without notice. Tracks may stop playing, catalogues may shift and features may break. VenomMusic is offered with no guarantee of uptime, availability or continued existence, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

The app and this website are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this software — including lost data, device issues or any indirect or consequential loss.

The Android app is distributed as an APK from this website. Installing it requires allowing installs from an unknown source, which is your decision to make. Only download it from venom-music.vercel.app — builds from anywhere else are not ours and may have been tampered with.
