Privacy Policy

VenomMusic has no sign-up, no login and no user accounts. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos, location or payment details — because none of those are needed to play music.

There is no advertising SDK, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no third-party behavioural tracker anywhere in the app or on this site.

Your liked songs, playlists, listening history, downloads and settings are saved locally — in your browser's storage on the web, and in the app's private storage on Android. This data never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

Clearing your browser data, or uninstalling the Android app, permanently deletes all of it. There is no cloud copy and no way for us to restore it.

Playing or searching for music requires contacting third-party sources over the internet. Like any website, those requests — and our hosting provider — necessarily involve your IP address and standard technical details such as your browser or app version. This is ordinary network operation and is used only to deliver the content you asked for and to keep the service running and secure.

The Android app additionally checks a release manifest on startup to see whether a newer version exists. That request contains no identifier of you.

The landing page shows how many times the app has been downloaded. Pressing a download button increments a simple public tally. It records a number only — no IP address, no device information and nothing that could identify who downloaded it.

The support form is anonymous. It sends only the message you type and your app version. It does not attach your name, email or any identifier, so we cannot reply to you directly — please include any detail you want us to have in the message itself.

Music, artwork and lyrics are fetched from third-party sources. When your device requests that content, the request goes to those providers and is subject to their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

VenomMusic is not directed at children under 13 and knowingly collects no data from anyone, of any age.

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Questions or privacy concerns can be raised through the support page.
